OCTA, I-5 HOV Between SR-55 and SR-57 Project

OCTA, I-5 HOV Between SR-55 and SR-57 Project
The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) and the California Department of Transportation, District 12 constructed HOV improvements along Interstate 5 between SR-55 and SR-57 in Orange County and the City of Santa Ana. This 6.4-mile corridor project added a second HOV lane in each direction, reconstructed the median barrier and demolished the existing I-5 HOV drop ramp at Main Street in Santa Ana.
As a member of the construction management team, Guida provided horizontal and vertical controls, construction computations, construction staking, plan checking, as-built surveys, monument preservation and other related surveys as requested by the construction management team and resident engineer. Guida provided all construction services in accordance to Caltrans Survey standards.
