Chief Executive Officer, Meagan Guida, is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of domestic and international experience within the A&E industry and brings a depth of knowledge and strategic growth to the firm. Meagan comes from a family of diverse business owners and has a passion to continuously improve the standard of quality, efficiency and relationships within GUIDA. Her strategic hires, geographic and organic growth models have launched GUIDAinto the firm it is today, spreading across California, employing and supporting numerous families and developing managers, and all employees, to reach their highest potential.

Ralph W. Guida IV, PLSPrincipal, President

As a second-generation land surveyor, surveying was not just a profession, but a special part of Ralph Guida IV’s family. Since the time he founded GUIDA in 1995, Ralph has built a business with the vision of inspiring greatness within the industry, within the community, and within his own corporate family. He has worked hard to establish a well-liked brand in the surveying community and has invested in the tools, equipment, and training our staff needs to be the best in the business. Ralph is not only passionate about surveying, but also about learning, teaching, and growing the industry overall.
