Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Tom Bradley Terminal West Gates Expansion Project

As a subconsultant to the Contractor, GUIDA is providing land surveying and mapping services for LAX’s Tom Bradley International Terminal West Gates Expansion Project. This project is focused on improvements to provide a greater capacity to the existing Tom Bradley International Terminal with new west gates to comfortably accommodate passenger loads for the larger new generation aircraft and a great hall for premier dining and retail shopping.

GUIDA'S role on this project includes as-built surveys, construction staking, and quality assurance/quality control. The work is performed with strict adherence to LAWA Survey Control Requirements—establishing horizontal and vertical control values for current and future projects in all areas of the Los Angeles International Airport, and Utility As-Built Standards—a standard practice of survey work throughout all LAWA CIP and Tenant Acquisition projects. This includes survey control and maintenance and updating data dissemination, data collection, and reference standards.
