We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our team. As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization’s IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on Office 365, Azure AD, Okta, AWS, and LAN/WAN. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of these technologies and demonstrate proficiency in their usage.

This position will be on-site based in the Irvine, CA office, with the requirement to provide remote end-user support for multiple California offices and remote staff nationwide. The ability to effectively provide remote support is crucial. This role involves architecting and designing configurations for SaaS platforms, cloud computing and networking. Experience in help desk ticket management is required.


    • Create and manage user accounts, groups, and distribution lists in Office 365.
    • Set up and configure Exchange Online, including mailbox provisioning and delegation.
    • Administer SharePoint Online sites and document libraries.
    • Implement and enforce security policies for Office 365 services.
    • Configure and manage Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication.
    • Administer Azure AD conditional access policies and integration with other cloud services.
    • Set up and maintain backup and recovery solutions for Office 365 data.
    • Build and monitor Azure Cloud services such as Windows Server VMs, VNets, Blob, and Azure Files.
    • Manage Azure Cloud resources and cost.
    • Maintain and support Okta as the identity and access management solution for our organization.
    • Provide networking support, including firewall policies, switching, Wi-Fi setup and troubleshooting.
    • Collaborate with operational teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
    • Log and manage incidents to track and document IT issues.
    • Prioritize and escalate incidents based on severity and impact to ensure timely resolution.
    • Develop IT documentation, manuals, and policies.
    • Provide after-hour support coverage, when needed.

    • 5-7 years of Systems Administration experience.
    • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and customization tasks.
    • Familiarity with other cloud-based services and platforms.
    • Solid experience and expertise in managing and administering Office 365 services, including SharePoint, Email, and OneDrive.
    • Strong proficiency in Azure AD or Active Directory, including user and group management, conditional access policies, and cloud service integration.
    • Familiarity with Okta as an identity and access management solution.
    • Proven track record in supporting and troubleshooting issues.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide efficient resolutions.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders remotely.
    • Familiarity with supporting applications such as Autodesk and Bentley products
    • Experience in ticketing and incident logging to ensure efficient tracking and resolution of IT issues.
    • English writing and verbal proficiency are required.


    • College degree in computer science, information technology or relevant field.
    • Relevant certifications in Microsoft and CiscoMeraki.

    The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 – $135,000. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
