The GUIDA team continues to grow and currently seeks to fill a Graphic Designer/Digital Marketer (Full-Time).

The Graphic Designer/Digital Marketer (Full-Time) will be based out of our Irvine office and will support all visual aspects and digital content of the organization including designing creative graphics in line with company brand and messaging. This position reports to the Marketing and Communications Manager, serving the markets of Transportation, Water, Land Development, Energy, and Buildings.

  • YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

    • 5+ years graphic design and digital marketing experience within an Architecture/Engineering (A/E) firm
  • EDUCATION

    • BA in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field preferred
  • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and produce various print and digital graphics including brochures, advertisements, tradeshow/conference graphics, unique special event graphics, presentations, social media, internal handbooks and guides, and field marketing tools.
    • Proposal template layout design and formatting using InDesign or Word, including the design of relevant infographics.
    • Assist in the development and execution of the digital marketing plan, integrating social media, blogs, email campaigns, and internal/external communications.
    • Maintenance of the company website (utilizing WordPress) and SharePoint, including updating information, adding projects, sharing company news, and blog posts.
    • Social media management and communications at the direction of the Marketing Manager.               Design and layout language internal and external email campaigns through MailChimp.
    • Manage and organize internal photo library in Adobe Lightroom, including photography editing.
    • Maintain company brand and design guidelines throughout all marketing collateral.
    • Utilize best practices of current design, trends, and industry technology throughout all forms of media.
    • Develop internal resource guides, both digital and print formats as requested.
    • Manage and track SEO rankings through Google Analytics.
    • Design a variety of multimedia content for videos, photos, audio and clip art using software applications, techniques, and tools.
    • May be asked to occasionally attend/exhibit at industry conferences and events.
  • REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
      Proficient in WordPress for web design/layout.
      Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint & SharePoint.
      Have a portfolio of creative collateral demonstrating your aesthetic and skill set.
      Strong eye for visual composition and wide degree of creativity.
      Photography/videography and video editing experience.
      Understanding of marketing principles, production, website design, branding, advertisements, and multimedia design.

  • PAY SCALE

    • $35 – $45 an hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
